Responsible for directing, managing and coordinating of all restaurant’s operations, staff and activities. Responsible for reviewing food & beverage purchases, developing & standardizing recipes. Maintaining safety & sanitation in the kitchen. Maintaining equipment. Designing food presentation aesthetics. Planning & preparing special menu items, choosing menu designs and determining menu prices. May also be in charge of interviewing, hiring and training new kitchen personnel.
